Wild Care Club
Calling all young animal lovers to join our afterschool educational program! Children will meet with the Humane Educator from 3:30-5:00 pm on the first and third Wednesday of each month for three months (Fall, Winter, or Spring session) at our Lantos Center for Compassion in Burlingame. We will learn about diverse local wildlife species, explore our Wildlife Care Center, participate in creative activities, make new friends and so much more. Each child will also organize and run their own fundraiser to support the center’s work. This is a great opportunity for children, 8–11 years old, who are interested in learning about the animals in our environment and the importance of wildlife rehabilitation. There is a $75 fee per child who attends.
