This alligator lizard was brought into our Wildlife Care Center with wounds to his head, tail and a foot. He’s currently being treated with antibiotics and fluids and will remain in our care for several months until he’s able to be returned to the wild. Alligator lizards are native to the San Francisco Bay Area and lives on average 10 to 15 years.
