Register for this event to gain an inside view into the lifestyle and behavior of wild coyotes that have crossed the Golden Gate Bridge and made their home in the urban environment. Learn to better appreciate these fascinating animals and how to safely share our communities with them.

Birdwatching for Beginners
Join us as we explore the rich birdlife of San Francisco Bay with local birding expert, Dorian Anderson. This educational event will feature discussions of identification, natural history, and conservation. Bring your binoculars, and we’ll provide a telescope to aid the viewing enjoyment. This event requires prolonged walking and standing, wear comfortable shoes.

Cathy Goldschmidt has been a rabbit volunteer at PHS/SPCA for more than 20 years. She joins us to present about the exciting world of rabbit ownership, provide information about proper rabbit care, and troubleshoot behavior issues. There will be time at the end of her presentation to ask questions that you may have about your own rabbit. This is a wonderful opportunity for rabbit owners to expand upon their knowledge and potential adopters to prepare for a new rabbit.

Happy Rabbits PEP Talk
Are you thinking about adopting a rabbit or maybe you’ve been a rabbit owner for several years, and you need some advice on how to keep your rabbit safe from rabbit hemorrhagic disease. Perhaps you need some help bunny proofing your home, or you desperately need help bonding your new rabbit with your other rabbit. Hop on over to our upcoming virtual PEP Talk to learn all about how to keep your buns the happiest and healthiest they can be. Our Humane Educator will discuss everything from how to properly handle a rabbit to knowing when you need to visit the vet and of course there will be time for Q&A.
